After working hard to achieve my dream birth with my first son and then raving about it, I had so many mums asking me how I did it! I fell in love with birth before having my first son but even more so after I gave birth and I knew straight away that I wanted to, 1. know more about birth and 2. help others experience a beautiful and empowering birth like I did.

I went on to take a hypnobirthing practitioners course but decided against teaching this method as It didn’t 100% align with me. But, my favourite part of that course was the hypnosis/hypnotherapy involved (aka the hypno part of hypnobirthing). So I went on to study hypnotherapy to get a better understanding of it.

I have been working on this course/studying to learn more since 2020 and I am so excited to finally be able to share it with the world in 2025! I have put all of this course work in to practice 2 more times and both of these births were absolutely perfect (including my semi surprise breech home/water birth)!! I get so much joy talking about birth and I hope you feel some sort of joy from learning about it!

But you wanna know a secret? before I got pregnant in 2018 I didn't know a whole lot about birth. And growing up (like most) I was petrified of the idea of birth! But with the right knowledge and tools I was able to accomplish a beautiful physiological birth, as nature intended and I would love to guide you towards your own empowering birth!
